Togo
David Do Céu Fiagan is a pharmacist, and past immediate Chairperson of the IPSF AfRO.
He is a young Togolese who is passionate about youth engagement in the community. He is the 2022/23 Chairperson for the African Regional Office at the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) which represents more than half a million pharmacy students and recent graduates in more than 120 countries worldwide. He is certified in public policy management by the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) launched by the United States Government.
David is a Pan-African and believes in the development of Africa by Africans.
