Sano Samuel is a final year pharmacy student at the University of Rwanda and the immediate past Chairperson of the IPSF African Regional Office (2024–25). He previously served as the Regional Media & Publications Officer and has represented African pharmacy students at high-level platforms, including the 74th WHO Regional Committee for Africa. Passionate about digital health and pharmaceutical policy, he is an advocate for youth involvement in healthcare leadership across the continent.
